Key Decisions & Trade-offs
Chose to abstract complexity rather than expose it — every dense GRC workflow was reimagined as a guided, step-by-step flow. Built the design system in parallel with the product (rather than after) to prevent the consistency gaps that plague most enterprise platforms. Prioritized AI-driven recommendations over comprehensive data views, accepting that some power users would initially feel the interface was “too simplified.”
Reflection
Enterprise UX requires balancing flexibility with structure. Early system thinking prevents scalability issues later. Data is only valuable when it drives action. This project demonstrates how thoughtful UX can turn complex systems into powerful decision-making tools — without compromising usability.
